The Flying Luxury Hotel And The Magellan

4 years from now you can live in a flying luxury hotel or you can live on a
luxurious cruise ship and see the world but you need a few bucks.
Remember the old Graf Zeppelin dirigible that toured the world? Well, there is
another one just down the pike.

According to Popular Science Magazine\'s Joshua Tompkins this
two-football-fields-long Aeroscraft will ferry passengers across continents and
oceans as they stroll leisurely about the one-acre cabin or relax in their
well-appointed staterooms.
It will not be filled with Helium or Oxygen but will actually be slightly heavier
than air driven by electric almost noiseless propellers.
It features a rigid composite hull and can reach speeds up to 160 MPH.
It can seat or sleep 80-200 passengers for short or long distances.

Just imagine living on this airship as an alternative to an old folks home.
It will have a range of several thousand miles and, with an estimated top speed of
174 mph, could traverse the continental U.S. in about 18 hours. During the flight,
passengers would peer at national landmarks just 8,000 feet below or, if they
weren\'t captivated by the view, the cavernous interior would easily accommodate such
amenities as luxury staterooms, restaurants, even a casino.

If you are scared of heights you can buy a cabin, excuse us, Stateroom on the
Magellan, which will be an ultra luxurious condo hotel cruise ship.
This one will be much more luxurious than the only existing condo ship \"The World\".
It will be 800 feet long, will have 200 residences, including 18 penthouses.
It will continuously navigate the globe at a cost per residence of 1.8 to 8 million
dollars.

So there you have it, make your reservations now for the old folks home, the blimp
or the Magellan.
